介绍(Introduce)：

成为职业歌手前，Blunt是英国女王亲卫队中的一位军官，也曾作为北约维和部队队员被派驻到科索沃。在科索沃驻扎期间，Blunt协助无国界医师组织工 作。离开军队后，他在美国的一次音乐研讨会上被前4 None Blondes灵魂人物Linda Perry发掘并将他签为自己Custard Records旗下的艺人。2004年，他发行了第一张专辑《Back To Bedlam》。单曲“You’re Beautiful”风靡乐坛，他那忧郁的嗓音加上忧郁的音乐成就了这首忧郁歌曲的成功。除了演唱之外，他还可以演奏包括钢琴、吉他在内的多种乐器，现在 他是Linda Perry创建的美国厂牌Custard Records旗下签约歌手。Blunt已经赢得了两项BRIT Awards，两项Ivor Novello Awards，并获得了06年格莱美奖的5项提名。07年他发行了自己的第2张专辑《All the Lost Souls》，该专辑发行一星期之内就获得了黄金销量。2008年1月底，英国的销售统计为600,000张，全球的销量为350，000张。
